Saltine Cracker Dressing Recipe

Yum



Ingredients
  • 1 lb - Saltine Crackers
  • 2 3/4 Cup - Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup - Milk
  • 1 Egg 
  • 1/2 Cup - Butter
  • 1 Cup - Diced Onion
  • 1 Cup - Diced Celery
  • 1/2 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp - Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp - Sage
  • 1 pinch - Cayenne (optional)

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375º
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add celery and onions, saute 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Mix in pepper, thyme, sage, rosemary and cayenne.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chicken broth.
  • Mash crackers and mix with onion mixture.
  • Add egg and milk, mix until combined.
  • Spread mixture into a well greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  • Bake 40 - 50 minutes until top is golden brown.

Cornbread Dressing - Best Cornbread Dressing Recipe

Yum
Ingredients
  • 2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 lb - Sage Flavored Country Sausage
  • 1 Large - Granny Smith Apple (diced)
  • 1 Medium - Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 2 - Celery Stalks (diced)
  • 1 tsp - Rubbed Sage
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock (may need more while mixing)
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt and Pepper or to taste.
Directions
  • Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl and mix.
  • Combine cornbread mix and stir.
  • Pour cornbread batter into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  • Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes.
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat brown the sausage 3-4 minutes.
  • Drain excess grease if necessary, but leave some in for moisture and flavor.
  • Add onions and celery, then continue to cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Granny Smith apples and cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Add sage, salt, pepper and chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Immediately turn the heat off once it reaches a boil.
  • Remove cornbread from the oven and break apart in the same casserole dish.
  • Combine all ingredients together and mix until well incorporated.
  • If you notice the mixture is a little dry, add more chicken broth.
  • Cover with foil and bake in a pre-heated 350º oven for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Grilled Chicken - Rum and Butter Glazed Grilled Chicken Recipe

Yum
Ingredients

3-4 lbs - Chicken Legs

Rub

  • 1/4 Cup - Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBS - Granulated Garlic
  • 1 TBS - Granulated Onion
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 2 tsp - Black Pepper
Sauce
  • 1.5 Cups - Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 3/4 Cup - Brown Sugar
  • 2 TBS - Butter
  • 1 tsp - Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Salt
Directions
  • Combine all of the rub ingredients in a bowl.
  • Liberally coat the chicken on all sides, refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Set up grill for indirect grilling and pre-heat to 350º
  • Grill chicken with the lid on for 20 minutes flipping after 10 minutes.
  • In a medium sauce pan combine all of the sauce ingredients except the butter.
  • Bring to a boil over med-high heat until reduced by half.
  • Remove the sauce from the heat and add the butter until melted.
  • Baste the chicken every 5 minutes for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.

Mozzarella Sticks - Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks - Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 - Cheese Sticks
  • 2 - Eggs (beaten
  • 2 Cups - Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup - All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp - Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Granulated Onion
  • 1 tsp - Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1 Cup - Marinara Sauce for dipping
  • Oil for deep frying
Directions
  • Combine bread crumbs, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning and salt
  • Coat the cheese sticks with flour.  (moisten if necessary)
  • Coat the cheese sticks with egg, then bread crumbs.
  • Place the breaded cheese sticks in the freezer for one hour.
  • Fry in 350º oil for 30-40 seconds
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping

Spicy Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs - Chicken Wings
  • 1 stick - Salted Butter
  • 2 TBS - Fresh Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp - Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tsp - Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup - Shredded Parmesan cheese.
Directions
  • In a medium skillet over medium heat combine butter, garlic, red pepper and Italian seasoning.
  • Bring to a light simmer and cook for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
  • Fry wings in small batches in 375º canola oil for 8-10 or until golden brown and cooked through
  • Toss wings in the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Pork Tenderloin - Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin - Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 lb - Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 lb - Bacon
  • 18 oz - Apple Jelly
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp - Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions
  • Combine apple jelly, cinnamon and cayenne.
  • Microwave for 45-60 seconds and mix well.  Set aside.
  • Par-cook the bacon in a 350º grill for 5-7 minutes.
  • Cut tenderloin into 1.5"-2" thick medallions.
  • Wrap each medallion with a piece of bacon. (trim bacon to fit if necessary)
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill at 400º for 5 minutes.
  • Flip over and baste with the apple jelly mixture.
  • Grill at 400º for another 5 minutes or until they reach 135º.

Spaghetti - Baked Spaghetti - Dinner Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs - Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 1 lb - Italian Sausage
  • 1 Cup - Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup - Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 2 Cups - Chopped Mushrooms
  • 2 TBS - Chopped Garlic
  • 8 Cups - Spaghetti Sauce (store bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz - Parmesan Cheese
  • 12 oz - Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 lb - Spaghetti (partially cooked for 8 minutes)
Directions
  • In a large pan over medium high heat brown ground beef and sausage.  Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Add onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic and saute' for 5 minutes.
  • Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add approx. 1/3 of the sauce to the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  • Add half of the par cooked spaghetti.
  • Add another 1/3 of the sauce to the top of the spaghetti.
  • Top the spaghetti with 1/2 of the cheeses.
  • Add the remaining spaghetti.
  • Followed by the remaining sauce.
  • Followed by the remaining cheeses.
  • Bake in a pre-heated 350º oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let rest 10-15 minutes to firm up before serving.

Chili Recipe - Homemade Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - Sirloin chunks
  • 1 lb - 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 2 TBS - Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup - Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup - Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 - Large Chopped Jalapeno
  • 2 TBS - Minced Garlic
  • 12 oz - Beer
  • 28 oz - Can Whole Tomatoes (undrained)
  • 2 - 15 oz - Cans Kidney Beans (undrained)
  • 4 TBS - Chili Powder
  • 1 TBS - Oregano
  • 2 TBS - Granulated Garlic
  • 2 TBS - Granulated Onion
  • 1 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 1 TBS - Cumin
  • 1 tsp - Salt
Directions
  • In a large pot over med-high add vegetable oil and brown the meat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add onions, bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, stir, cover and reduce heat to med-low.
  • Simmer for 1-1.5 hours.

Fried Rice - How To Make Fried Rice - Chinese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz - Sirloin (sliced in thin bite size pieces)
  • 2 Cups - Cooked Rice (day old is best)
  • 1/2 Cup - Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 2 - Eggs (scrambled)
  • 2 - Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 2 TBS - Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp - Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Cup - Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 3 TBS - Vegetable Oil
Marinade 
  • 2 tsp - Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp - Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp - Corn Starch
Directions
  • Combine beef,  soy sauce, sesame oil and corn starch.
  • Mix well and let marinate 10 minutes
  • Scramble eggs in 1 TBS oil,  over medium heat for 60 seconds, breaking up into small pieces.
  • Set eggs aside.
  • Stir fry beef in 2 TBS oil over high heat for 2 minutes, remove and set aside.
  • Stir fry onions and garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add peas and carrots and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add rice, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and salt, stir fry 2 minutes.  
  • Add the beef and and eggs back in and continue to stir fry 2 more minutes.

Teriyaki Chicken Wings - Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup - Mirin
  • 1/4 Cup - Sake
  • 1/4 Cup - Japanese Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBS - Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBS - Fresh Ginger 
  • 1 TBS - Fresh Garlic
  • 3.5 lbs - Chicken Wings (separated)
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients in a 1 gallon zip loc bag or seal-able container.
  • Refrigerate 8-12 hours or overnight.  The longer the better.
  • Set up grill for indirect grilling.
  • Grill wings @ 400º flipping every 10 minutes for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
