Breakfast Fritatta

It was just me and my wonderful beautiful daughter Cathryn this morning.  So while she was still snoring away in bed, I made us breakfast......a broccoli, ham, cheese and egg fritatta for breakfast.

Started out chopping some frozen broccoli and ham.

Cracked 6 fresh eggs.

Added in Mexi Blend Cheese and Nature's Seasoning.

Added a couple TBS of butter to a warm non stick skillet.

Then added the broccoli and ham.

And finally the egg and cheese mixture.  Then into the oven under the broiler on low for 10 minutes.

Ten minutes later, breakfast is ready!
